Recognition and Rewards
Employee Points Program – Our S.T.A.R.S. (Saluting Talent and Rewarding Success) program celebrates the achievements of managers and employees, and coworkers can award each other with points. Points can be accumulated and redeemed for merchandise ranging from jewelry and electronics to appliances and digital downloads.
Service Recognition Program – Michael C. Fina celebrates employee tenure after 1 year of service, 3 years of service, and every 5 year anniversary thereafter, along with companywide retirement celebrations. At each milestone the employee receives a keepsake gift and framed certificate, a workplace celebration with their peers, and a catalog of over 60 gifts to choose from at each award level.
Employee Referral Program – This program rewards employees for referring friends, former colleagues or family members to the company. If an on-site interview is scheduled, the employee can earn S.T.A.R.S. points and if the referred individual is hired, the employee can earn a monetary referral bonus after the individual completes his/her 90-day introductory period.
SPARK Birthday Gifts – Every Michael C. Fina employee receives a birthday gift in the form of our SPARK cards, which lets them visit a website and select a gift of their choosing.
Retirement Gifts – Employees who retire from Michael C. Fina are presented with a retirement box which includes a catalog of gifts that they can pick from. Michael C. Fina also celebrates employee retirements with a company-wide breakfast.
Newborn Baby Gifts – Michael C. Fina celebrates the birth of a newborn by sending a beautiful sterling silver baby cup keepsake to the employee’s home.
