Rose Awards

Named for Michael C. Fina co-founder Rose Fina, The Rose Awards celebrate best practices in employee recognition and honor companies who engage their employees by fostering a culture of pride, integrity, and respect.

Honorees are selected annually based on specific category descriptions as well as criteria that includes employee participation/response rate, ease of program participation, reach of program, program administration/contact, communication and training, gift choices, use of technology, data delivery, enhancements/upgrades, and employee recognition process/materials.
