Employee Recognition Rewards - FANS

FANS (Fina Advanced Nomination System) facilitates both manager-to-employee and peer-to-peer recognition. The site is populated with customized descriptions of core values, business objectives, and related behaviors that you would like to recognize and reward within your organization, such as Above and Beyond, Teamwork, and Innovation. Participants can nominate their co-workers for putting these initiatives into practice using a tiered system of contribution levels. The nominee receives an email notification about the award she has received, which contains a link to a congratulatory letter and gift selection website.

FANS features-

Designed to make the nomination process simple and efficient, it leads the nominator through a series of pre-determined questions, scoring the answers and recommending an appropriate gift category based on your program’s criteria.
• GiftNET®, an intuitive gift ordering website where the nominee can choose from a wide variety of lifestyle gifts, from electronics to cookware to jewelry.
• Administrative website that gives managers the ability to approve, deny or modify award levels. Reports detailing all aspects of the program, including approved, nomination types, and nomination summary by user can be viewed by administrators.
